Three styles produced under the same programme — a traditional-method white from Adelaide Hills Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, a Shiraz-based sparkling red in the South Australian tradition, and a dry sparkling rosé. Each made by méthode traditionnelle, each carrying the cool-climate signature of its base wine.
